WAGE PROGRESSION
1.      Program Requirements

a.      Each apprentice must complete 4,000 hours of diverse work and 300 hours of related classroom and hands-on training in order to graduate from the                program.

2.      WAGES AND ADVANCEMENT

a.      The Apprenticeship program is divided into four incremental Stages. You must meet the requirements for both work hours and training hours in order to advance to the next stage. With each advancement, apprentices become eligible for a pay increase.

c.      If you believe you are due for a Stage Advancement, Please Contact the Apprenticeship department as soon as possible.

3.      Previous experience and training

a.      We are willing to consider outside training certificates, college transcripts, and military transcripts that have been acquired by our apprentices. Please send a copies of your training and/or experience with a request for credit to apprenticeship@mltai.org.
